1. Introduction
Glumo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
To file a copyright infringement notification, please send a written communication that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing
- Contact information, including email address and phone number
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was wrongly removed
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement that you consent to local federal court jurisdiction
4. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating services to users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
